Fed & Fueled sessions are 1:1 sports nutrition appointments designed for endurance and strength training loving humans who are seeking to feed and fuel their bodies in a sustainable manner. Sustainable feeding and fueling is the base of thriving as a human and especially an active human. The body needs food and how we feed it matters, as do the practices and mindset we have.

We are here to promote sustainable, enjoyable, and easy coaching around feeding and fueling your body for life and activity. Fed & Fueled sessions are designed for the human who partakes in endurance and/or strength based activities who is seeking education around nutrition. We can focus on nutrition around and during activity, recovering from activity, and ensuring you’re getting what your body needs on a daily basis.

Fed & Fueled sessions are offered on an as needed basis. We meet for either a single consultation or appointments on a frequency that matches your needs. Just like everyone has unique nutritional needs, everyone also has unique coaching needs. Fed & Fueled aims to meet each client where they are at and support them with their own sports nutrition needs.

Endurance and/or strength athlete who is focused on dialing in nutrition to work on performance

Endurance enthusiast who is bonking on longer efforts and is confused to why this is occurring

Strength enthusiast who isn’t feeling fueled prior to or during lift sessions

Endurance and/or strength loving human who wants to take a deeper look at daily and around activity nutrition to optimize performance

Optimize performance in endurance and/or strength pursuits

Reduce “bonking”, fatigue, tiredness

Determine necessary sports nutrition on trail, in the gym, a combination or the two, and also on off days

Feel strong in your athletic pursuits and not question if your nutritional and hydration needs are being covered

Basic sports nutrition consult

An initial appointment (45-60 minutes) which can be conducted via phone or video call. During the initial appointment we will go over your background information from a nutritional and physical activity perspective, lifestyle factors, and goals. Before this appointment you will fill out a comprehensive questionnaire so that I already have a sense of the bigger picture. This appointment allows me to get to know you and your unique needs.

Food log analysis. This includes a review of a food log that you will provide and allows me to see any patterns, nutrient gaps, and provide suggestions. During the initial appointment we can discuss the best way for you to provide a food log.

One follow up appointment (30 minutes). During the follow up we will go over my feedback from the food log provided, discuss any changes since the initial appointment, and I will provide a plan moving forward. All information covered in the follow up appointment will be recapped and sent to you in a PDF file for you to have and download as a sports nutrition plan of action based on your goals.

2 month sports nutrition package
