A NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AFPA Certified Sports Nutritionist, and EDIT Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Nutrition Minor from the University of New Hampshire.
I educate and coach endurance and adventure loving humans around strength training and sports nutrition in order to keep doing the things they love to do long-term. Beyond strength and sports nutrition, I work with individuals on mindset and embodiment when it comes to movement to help determine sustainable habits. Additionally, I work with folks in eating disorder and disordered eating recovery with the goal of long-term remission by providing support around the grey areas and adding to your toolbox of skills to take care of you.
My focal areas include working with folks looking to hybrid train (endurance and strength), those needing help with trail nutrition, individuals dealing with chronic pain and/or body image challenges, and those in eating disorder/disordered eating recovery. I place an emphasis through coaching to help you develop a strong sense of self and will do my best to support not only you as an athlete/enthusiast, but you as a human.

Words I dig
“Like all explorers, we are drawn to discover what’s out there without knowing yet if we have the courage to face it.”
Pema Chodron
“I am a great friend of chaos. It’s all we have. I mean, this whole concept of being able to manage life… life is risk, life is chance, life is being open to chance. The best things in my life, and probably in anybody’s life, come out of being open to being blown off course.”
Tilda Swinton
“Belonging so fully to yourself that you’re willing to stand alone is a wilderness — an untamed, unpredictable place of solitude and searching. It is a place as dangerous as it is breathtaking, a place as sought after as it is feared. The wilderness can often feel unholy because we can’t control it, or what people think about our choice of whether to venture into that vastness or not. But it turns out to be the place of true belonging, and it’s the bravest and most sacred place you will ever stand.”
Brené Brown
“Transformation doesn’t ask that you stop being you. It demands that you find a way back to the authenticity and strength that’s already inside of you. You only have to bloom.”
Cheryl Strayed
“You will always be too much of something for someone: too big, too loud, too soft, too edgy. If you round out your edges, you lose your edge.”
