EIGHT WEEK STRENGTH PROGRAM TO GET & STAY STRONG FOR THE DEMANDS OF WINTER

✔ 8 week progressive strength training program which can be done at home or in a gym
✔ 2 workouts per week
✔ workouts are 30-45 minutes depending on rest periods, which is described in the program
✔ additional core/stability work to “supplement” with, the program explains how to include these movements into your routine

✔ for beginners and those with a strength training background
✔ each movement has a video demonstration and voiceover
✔ minimal equipment needed: mini bands, bands, and a stability ball (optional equipment: DB/KB for additional resistance)
