Strength training program specifically created for winter hikers and trail runners
Winter Strength training program details:
✔ 8 week progressive and repeatable strength training program which can be done at home or in a gym
✔ 2 workouts per week which are 30-45 minutes in duration depending on rest periods, which is described in the program
✔ Additional core/stability work to “supplement” with, the program explains how to include these movements into your routine
✔ Strength program appropriate for both beginners and those with a strength training background
✔ Each movement has a video demonstration and voiceover to explain proper form
✔ Minimal equipment needed: mini bands, bands, and a stability ball (optional equipment: DB/KB for additional resistance)
