What is recovery coaching?
✔ 1:1 virtual eating disorder recovery coaching
✔ Coaching for individuals struggling with any eating disorder diagnosis and those without a clinical diagnosis. Please note clients need to be medically stable and/or have a treatment team of which I have access to. This will be determined during the discovery call to make sure I am the best fit for you, your needs, and your experience.
✔ Our work is meant to supplement the work you are doing with a therapist and/or dietician. I will most likely require that you are working with at least one of these other professionals.
✔ In a coaching relationship: I’m able to meet you where you are at, provide guidance in the grey areas, and be another person in your circle to help you reach your recovery/remission goals

Bi-weekly coaching
✔ 2 x 50-minute calls (1 every other week)/month which can be over Facetime, Zoom, or phone call.
✔ Comprehensive questionnaire, history, and goals sheet to answer before we initially meet.
✔ Email support between calls: 24 hour reply time M-F.
✔ Text and Voxer support between calls: capped at 30 minutes/week.

Weekly coaching
✔ 4 x 50-minute calls (1 call weekly)/month which can be over Facetime, Zoom, or phone call.
✔ Comprehensive questionnaire, history, and goals sheet to answer before we initially meet.
✔ Email support between calls: 24 hour reply time M-F.

Per call coaching sessions
