Movement that supports your body for the long game.

What is Integrative Movement Coaching?

Personalized strength and movement coaching designed to meet you where you are and evolve with you.

This work is for individuals who want to (re)build their relationship with movement in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and aligned with their life.
You might be:
• in a stable place in eating disorder recovery and unsure how to approach movement
• navigating chronic illness, pain, or conditions like endometriosis
• feeling disconnected from your body or unsure what “healthy movement” looks like for you
• feeling unsure how to approach exercise without falling into overtraining patterns
• wanting structure and guidance without rigidity or pressure
• are looking to build strength or endurance in a way that also aligns with your overall health needs

This is not about pushing harder or doing more – it’s about learning how to work with your body.

This is a space where movement becomes something that supports your life, not something you have to control or feel unsure about.

You have movement related goals AND want an approach that supports all parts of your life.

Integrative movement coaching is ideal for the human experiencing chronic pain or illness, in a stable place of eating disorder recovery/remission, overcoming RED-S, and those who are seeking a more compassionate and long-range approach.

You are a human first, and your experience needs to be taken strongly into consideration. From here, we collaboratively figure out the best approach to reaching your goals while supporting all parts of you in the process. Perhaps your movement goals navigating training with chronic illness and varying energy levels, introducing a movement routine but you are in recovery and apprehensive to most folks in the *fitness industry*, wanting to start exercise but nervous of how it may impact your health, or you just haven’t been able to find the right program for your needs after years of trial.

AND, a friendly reminder that this isn’t too much to ask for. It may take some exploring of expectations and trying new things, but as a coach who has coached over 150 humans, I am here to say curiosity goes a long way.

Starting something new can feel overwhelming. You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out.

This process is designed to be simple, supportive, and low-pressure.

1. Fill out the application
Goals, brief history, what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what you’re hoping for. No need to have it perfectly articulated.

2. I will reply within 48 biz hours (M-F)
You’re not sending this into a void – I intentionally read through each application and determine if it might be a good fit and will reach out directly to you.

3. We will hop on a free consult call

We start the on-boarding process which allows me to get a more comprehensive understanding of your experience, needs, and how I can best support you.

Frequently
Asked
Questions

+ Do I need to be “good at” movement or already have experience with training?

Not at all.

This work is designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re returning to movement after time away, rebuilding trust with exercise, or looking for a more supportive and sustainable approach.

+ Can I do this while in eating disorder recovery?

This space is best suited for individuals who are in a stable place in their recovery and wanting support rebuilding their relationship with movement.

If you’re unsure whether this feels appropriate right now, you’re always welcome to reach out.

+ What if I have a chronic illness, pain, or fluctuating energy levels?

This is fully ok, and not a problem that you are expected to “push through.”

Your programming is designed to be flexible and adaptable based on symptoms, energy, capacity, and real life. The goal is to learn how to work with your body, not against it.

+ What kind of movement or training do you focus on?

Strength training is often the foundation, but everything is individualized.

Depending on your goals and needs, programming may include strength work, mobility, supportive conditioning, hiking/trail-focused training, or rebuilding movement foundations.

We also love supporting folks who want intra-workout dance parties or morning trampoline time.

+ Will we train together “real-time”?

Short answer: nope!
Long answer: there is a 30-min monthly call. This is designed to check in, but can certainly be a movement session or form related. This call is truly for whatever you need additional support or hype on, so if that is us going through a workout together or a combo of movements you have questions around, let’s make it happen!

+ Do I *need* to film my lifts?

If part of our work includes strength training – yep! Probably not all of them or all of the time, but I will require this to a degree. This will be discussed during the consult and onboarding call. We will collectively decide what needs to be filmed and any parameters to know “yes I should film this”. If you have zero strength training background, I will require that you film each of your lifts for form checks for the first month at a minimum to ensure safety. If you have concerns about this, don’t worry we will ensure you’re feeling supported around it.

+ Can movement coaching overlap with recovery and health navigation support?

Absolutely. These areas are often deeply interconnected, and many clients benefit from a coaching approach that considers the full picture of their health, recovery, and relationship with movement.

+ What if I just want support around recovery or health navigation but not actual movement programming?

I have an offering for folks in this camp – you can learn more here.
