Support for the nonlinear and often complex middle spaces of recovery and health.
Coaching for Eating Disorder Recovery + Chronic Illness Navigation
Recovery and chronic illness don’t exist in a vacuum, and often the systems designed to support folks navigating these can lose sight of this truth.

This space may be a good fit if you are:
• in longer-term eating disorder recovery and navigating a chronic health diagnosis (autoimmune conditions, endometriosis, chronic pain, etc.)
• trying to understand how your health condition impacts your recovery — and vice versa
• feeling stuck in the gray areas of recovery that don’t have clear answers
• specifically navigating endometriosis and wanting support around embodiment, movement, and body trust
• looking for thoughtful, nuanced support that considers the full picture of your health
This offering is the culmination of everything I’ve ever been able to offer. It’s where everything intersects. In a way, it’s a mentorship – but I also believe you hold the answers.
You are seeking coaching guidance and support but recognize the wisdom already within you.

This work is designed for individuals navigating the intersection of eating disorder recovery and chronic health conditions—where things often feel less clear, less linear, and harder to talk about. It is also a space for those weaving through the nuances of either experience individually, and wanting a space that holds that complexity.
Together, we explore what it looks like to support your body in a way that is realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your lived experience. This is a container for conversation, education, and collaborative problem-solving, especially in the areas where there isn’t a clear roadmap.
Coaching is designed to meet you in the in-between – where things are complex, evolving, and deserving of compassionate care. This is not about quick fixes or definitive answers – it’s about building a deeper understanding of your body and your needs over time.

Frequently
Asked
Questions
+ What is the difference between a recovery coach and a therapist?
A therapist along with other licensed mental health professional have education and clinical training to diagnose and treat. These professionals are able to work on the clinical side of what you are experiencing. They are also able to help treat co-occuring mental health concerns.
As a coach, I do not diagnose or treat. I am able to collaborate with your team and offer support in your process and treatment plan. We can discuss your recovery and daily struggles, finding helpful ways for you to achieve your goals. Coaching places emphasis on the “here and now, focusing on the current blimp in time of your experience. Whereas the past or the “why” is applicable to work with a therapist or licensed mental health professional.
+ Do you have an educational background related to eating disorder recovery?
Yes, I am an EDIT (Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy) Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach. Additionally I have a degree in Psychology/Neuroscience which I find to be helpful background knowledge as well.
+ Will you communicate with my team?
Absolutely. I will actually request to be able to communicate with your team (therapist, dietician, physician, etc.). This helps provide the highest level of support and continuity of care.
+ Is this only for people in eating disorder recovery?
Not at all, though it is very much designed to support folks with this experience.
This space supports individuals navigating eating disorder recovery, chronic illness, endometriosis, body image concerns, embodiment work, or the intersections between these experiences.
+ Do I need to have a diagnosed chronic illness to work together?
No. Many people come into this space navigating symptoms, uncertainty, or evolving health experiences that don’t fit neatly into a box.
+ What if my experience feels “too complicated” or hard to explain?
You do not need to have perfectly organized thoughts or a clear explanation to be welcome here.
A lot of this work exists in the gray area, and that’s part of the point of this offering.
Also, if it helps, I’m a big fan of working with folks who have felt chronically “too much”. I see you.
+ Will you tell me exactly what to do?
As much as I sometimes wish I had a crystal ball to know the exact.right.thing to say… I do not and therefore I simply cannot tell you exactly what to do.
My role is to offer perspective, education, support, and thoughtful guidance — while honoring your autonomy, lived experience, and capacity.
